Molly Mop originally lived in an apartment as an indoor only cat for the first four years of her life. Her people moved with her to the suburbs, but she preferred to use a litterbox inside and seemed uncomfortable being outdoors. Sadly, one of the children in the family developed a severe allergy to cat hair and now Molly needs to find a new home.
At the shelter, Molly is friendly but annoyed. She wants to be around our volunteers and spend time in human company but she feels stressed and unhappy about her fellow feline residents. She's a curious and affectionate cat who just needs some time, patience and her own cat free, indoor space.
Molly would be best suited to an adult home as an indoor cat. She may be happy to be indoor/outdoor but would likely continue to want to use an indoor litterbox and may be stressed by neighbourhood cats.
Molly Mop's adoption fee is $80.
